LS2 with L92 heads and LS3 intake/tb
I'm new to the LS world and most of the info I have running around in my head is from this site. I'm trying to make sense of what I'm going to need for an ECU that will work with what I want to build. Any info is appreciated.
I'm building a stock bottom end LS2 with L92 heads and a stock LS3 intake/injectors/tb. The springs in the L92's have been upgraded to the stock LS3 springs that handle .570 lift. For now I don't plan on running a crazy cam so the springs will be fine. I'm thinking about a stock LS3 cam that has a total of around .550 lift. There's a ton of room for improvement and potential in this set up, but for now I just want to get it in and running.
I'm looking for the easiest harness/ecu to hook up. I read about issues with the LS2 ecu and the LS3 tb or map. Should I go with an LS3 ecu even though it may be more expensive?
Thanks in advance for any thoughts/suggestions.
