I believe this is the same as a stock LS7.
This casting takes advantage of the extra head bolt pattern in the RHS block. the casting is also stronger. It has room for porting, but I don't see a lot of horsepower gains on this size engine with say a torquer type cam with a redline of @ 7000 rpm.
