Best 408 deal Ok who can give me the best deal on a iron block forged 11.1 comp 408 long motor with Aftermarket heads (AFR 245's would be nice or PI) Hyd roller cam . Pm me with what you have to offer ! Does not have to be a brand new block .

this is a busy time of year to look for one. i would call HKE and see if they have one in stock
and i dont think there is any kind of "deal" on the new afr 246 or PI's heads

We've got short-blocks that fit the bill on this one in stock and ready. We'd just have to assemble the long-block to your specs and ship it!

Our 408 shortblock would be $3674.99 with 2618 pistons and hellfire rings. We would have to look for heads, or you could send us some to bolt on if you don't want LS3/L92 stuff.

Yeah i have pm and emailed him. So far i have had great service from john@scoggin. We are in the process of sorting a 390/tfs head deal which is looking good at this stage.Matt from TSP is also doing a package just waiting to see how that comes back , then i will have a think for a day then lay down some cash. 2800lb car with glide and 9" should run ok !
