Default L92s/L76 on an LQ4, a few questions

Making this post for a friend of mine. He has a Gen III LQ4 and is interested in getting a set of L92 heads with the L76 intake manifold+ some custom cam. Just wondering what fuel rails do people run with these swaps and what injector size is recommended? Also any other specifics needed when putting these heads/intake on a Gen III? Kind of surprised there isn't a guide out by now.

If you do a search you will find more information than you could imagine.

I have searched, I'm still searching but every post is about people who have already done the swap and not what's all required to do it.

Post 10 and 18 answer the fuel rail question. Use GM injectors, it will be easier to tune. Call Jon at FIC http://fuelinjectorconnection.com and he will set up with the right ones.
