Noisy follower..just once!? After heavy work on the rollers, we left her to have a cool down, on restart a folower went noisy but went away, oil pressure was fine at 30psi idle. Is this ok or they on the way out?
They are LS7 lifters done less than 10k.

I assume you mean lifter, And yes they get noisy here and there depending on your setup.
