Arrow moderate LS2 power help

Ok, i have a buddy with an 05 auto ls2 goat and he needs some help as to what would be the proper mods to do if he wanted to get between 425-450 solid rear wheel horse power? He currently has LT's, stock exhaust flowmaster mufflers without cats and a tune. intake is pretty much stock with a K&N cone filter at the end. If this would be obtainable through just cam and valve train swap could you please note the parts? if anything else should be considered please feel free to add in.

thanks in advance guys, Brian.

Uaually on the GTO's we will add CAI, 1 7/8 AR Headers, Port Intake and TB, Use our Stinger Cam. This nets excellent drivability with 425-440rwhp.

I agree, a small cam and most of the bolt-ons will get you there. The stock LS2 intake is not the greatest, but you could reach your power goals without replacing it.
