Default Oiling issues

I just put H/C/I in my TBSS. I put a new Melling 295 in also. It started it right up and it primed and oil pressure was looking ok, not great. To get to the point, without RPMs the pressure is 0. If I rev it, the pressure goes up. I was looking at a coupe things online saying it could be the sender sensor or pressure relief valve. I wanted to see what people here thought before I go tearing into the engine,... again. Thanks
Daniel

I bet you pinched the oil pickup seal. Get a new seal and install a girdle. I would try this with a new seal http://www.brphotrods.com/mm5/mercha...gory_Code=CNV2

Does the girdle just make it easier to get the pickup and pump mated? We had a hell of time getting that on for sure but I dont think we pinched the O ring. Thanks in advance for the help, this is eating my lunch.
