416 or 427ci build
I'm looking into building a stroker combo with a magnacharger tvs2300. I'm looking for 800 fwhp. Just wondering how exotic of parts i need like crank, rods, pistons. Would the stock block handle this? Thanks any ideas would be great as this is a winter build. I wanted to do turbo's but engine builder really recommended the tvs instead. Let me know what you all think.

I'm was looking into using the stock block. I have a 6.0l iron truck block currently but could get my hands on a aluminum l92 block also. I did look at the lsx but not sure if i want to spend the extra money on that. The 6.0l truck would be a smaller stroker because of the 4" bore. Just getting thoughts and ideas.
Well looking into pricing of blocks. I would use a new stock 6.0l truck block. If this is not a good idea for the 800 fwhp boosted goal. I'll be using a GM LSX block and be done with it. Let me know what you guys think.

Oh yea i wouldn't go 427ci with the 6.0 block. Most likely a 408 or the equivilant. It's going in a 91' GMC full size prostreet pickup. That's why the block pricing would be the key as to a 6.0 block or the lsx block. As i don't have a 6.2l to work with. haha
