I got an 05 GTO dropout and when I pulled the intake I found a bit of water in a couple of the intake ports. After pulling the heads I found a little bit of rust on the valve. I would like to get some opinions on if this is an issue or not. The engine will be bone stock internally.

My main concern is the material that has been lost (however small it might be) from the corrosion that was on it before I cleaned it. Now you can see where the corrosion was and can see a small amount of pitting. Personally I would be very surprised is it has effected its strength, just wanted some expert opinions.
