Cam choice for L92 Headed LQ4
LQ4 Short block
L92 Heads
L76 Intake
90mm TB
With the stock short block and untouched top end, roughly what should I expect to the wheels through a 4L60 with the stock LQ4 cam?
What kind of increase could I expect from a properly spec'd cam that didn't require flycutting? And what could I get away with using stock springs?
Trying to decide if I should put a cam in this motor before I put it together. Budget build

I would get new springs. I'm thinking 350-360 hp with the stock cam. it will make the same if not higher torque with the 76 intake. Give Ed Curtis a call at FTI for a custom cam package.
