LQ4 ideas
I have put a stock lq4 in my camaro and was wanting to get a little more out of it. I have a set of 862 5.3L heads and the 317 6.0L heads. Should i sell these heads and if so what should i get and about what size cam should i run. Like i said open to ideas and would like to keep a descent DD status.

Being that you already have the 5.3 heads, I would definitely put them to work. Installing them bumps your compression ratio to around 9.8, and any bump improves torque and throttle response.
As far as cam, a 228R-ish grind would be nice, good power under the curve and nice idle, very streetable. 233/239 seems to be a good performance cam if you wanna go bigger and still dd. Keep in mind, the higher lift of the two cams I mentioned are going to necessitate valve spring replacement. For longevity and peace of mind, I would recommend the PRC .650 lift dual springs. That way if you ever turn it into a weekend warrior, you can go bigger still on the cam and not have to worry about your valvetrain.
