Default LQ9 in Gen IV Car

I have a 2006 GTO and I spun the rod bearing in the motor so now I have a 408 stroker LQ9, but I'm very confused on what I need to do to get the cam position sensor to work right on my car along with the knock sensors. Will the cam sensor at the back of the motor on the LQ9 work with my harness if I extend the wires? I have the ls1 front cover without the cam sensor in the front of the motor and the timing set is an aftermarket double roller for a ls1. Or what would I need to do to make it all work? Any help is greatly appreciated. I also searched but I couldn't find much about this subject.

Thanks again,
Chris

The cam signal is easy to convert, just put the timing cover and upper cam gear from your 06 on. Just leave the ols cam sensor in installed in the back, unused as to not cause a leak.

The knock sensors you can remove from your LS2 and install in one of the unused engine mount holes on the side of the block.

I don't have the timing cover and chain from the ls2 anymore. Would it work using the sensor at the back of the block?
