Any chance of geting youe LS3/L92 stage 2 heads flow data on a 4.0 (or a .4.030 or 4.065) bore?

I am surprised how close all the heads were given the somewhat big difference in flow there was

Even having the smallest port volume out of all the heads in that shootout (215cc) they made the most peak power, even over TFS, AFR and Mast.
I think if you put and "off the shelf" set of Pro Comp heads on a flowbench, you will probably not see results seen in the magazine. Sometimes you need to read between the lines in magazine tests. When you see certain verbage in a magazine its sort of implies that the mfg sent a set of "ringer" heads in for the test....

Ok, so I'm confused. You say this motor has to have "stock style" heads. The you say its an LS9. And Ls9 is a 6.2L. The only motor with 6.0 are L76/L92 which are the 6.0L truck motors and a few Ls series cars (like some of the Holdens as an example). The Mast heads are an aftermarket casting. So, if you have a class that requires Stock casting numbers those heads won't make it.

So, what are the restrictions on what you are looking for, and is it really a 6.0L or a 6.2L?

Read the hot rod test without a doubt. I think you'll find there are lots of good cathedral options that will do very well next to the current rectangle port heads out there. We're working on a Ls3 style head that hopefully will be ready in a month or two, and I'm finishing a small bore LS7 head, but it requires a 4.060" bore minimum.

The car comes with an LS9, so using cathedral port heads will not work per the rules. We don't have to use the stock motor, and utilizing a 6.0 means a larger restrictor. Since the mast heads are based off a factory casting (not canted or anything crazy) then we can use them.
