LS7 Rocker arms
I was having a light tick coming from my LS7 on the right side. I took off the rocker arms and discovered that on of the rocker arms the needle pins were missing. Should I get the rocker arms repaired or just buy the yella terra rocker arms. I am also planning on changing the cam to .650 lift plus I run 16 pounds of boost. I'm afraid that the new springs I will be running are that rated up to .700 lift will put a lot of pressure on the rocker arms. I have also heard that the Yella Terra rocker arms are too heavy for the valve system on a LS7.Thank

I'd also recommend the Comp trunion upgrade kit! For about $130 it gets rid of those pesky needle bearings and will make your stock rockers run more quietly and will make them more reliable!

My build lasted 1000 miles with a big cam and stock ls7 rockers, then it spit out the bearings and trashed 1 of my intake valves. Luckily, the valve didn't drop. Had to be replaced. $110 for a replacement valve!
I installed the comp trunion kit and have 10k miles now with no issues. Bigger cams seem to cause more of the problem. Best $130 I've spent.

I just pulled my ls7 trunion upgraded rockers off my car and will be selling them. The only reason why I took them off was my new cam and lifter choice required me to move to an adjustable rocker. The factory stockers perform very well and most shops will want you to keep them unless you plan on spending near $2,000 for shaft mount rockers.
