Just thought about this... Will I need to notch my oil Pan for...
.... my stroker build? The crank has a 4.125 stroke and the rods are a standard 6.125, the block is a LQx.
I've done some searching and haven't found anything; not sure if that's a good thing, or if it's due to the fact that not many here are running a 4.125/6.125 combo.
Thanks guys!

You will have to make sure you clearance the windage tray for the rod bolts. Typically on our stroker builds we recommend some 5/16 washers on the studs for the tray, usually 3-4 gets it done for a 4" stroke. I would also check the pan and make sure there is enough clearance for the rods there as well. Sometimes we have had to grind on the oil pans a little bit to get them to fit.

Also can you please have Jon reply to my numerous PMs that I have sent regarding this build.
Thanks!

Awesome guys, I appreciate all the help! I just hope the builder knows his stuff when it comes to the little things like this.
BTW- does Moroso or any A/M Co. sell pans that will work?
