What compression with -10 cc pistons

What compression with -10 cc pistons Hi guys I was wondering what's the most compression I could get with these -10 cc pistons ? I'm building a 418cu for my c 5 and have ls3 cnc heads with stock combustion chambers with cometic .040 gaskets... The block is at the machine shop now and I know I need to get the heads milled for the compressions I need... Im looking for around 11.5 to 1 ... But don't know how much will affect head flow? Any help would be appreciated...
We usually try not to mill more ~4cc of chamber off those heads because they don't have an extremely thick deck. On my calculator you would be at 11.2:1 with a 66 cc chamber and those gaskets. Milling a head too far can cause the flow to deteriorate as well as too thin of a deck.

Now I just got word that my pistons are going to be .015 out of the hole... And with the gaskets I have would put me at about .025 clearance!!!! What should I do and still need to get heads milled also....
