L92 throwing P0121 and P2138 codes

L92 throwing P0121 and P2138 codes So my L92 which has a tune for a ls2 to get rid of the vvt ( due to being in a offroad truck with a t400 trans) and is sending P0121 and P2138 codes, the throttle pedal will have no response and i will have to disconnect the computer/ battery for 30 seconds then it works fine for about 10 minutes then the same thing happens. I have gone through many forums and i have checked all connections and cleaned them all. I have talked to my programmer and have followed all of his recommendations and i am stumped. I have read that there is a RPM vs Throttle position that can send those codes due to modifying the tune. Can someone please shed some light for me.
