need a cam recommendation 4 a 06 ls2 soo many cams
my buddys car is a 06 vette with the ls2 and auto.we need a cam that will idle smooth.good ol california smog
at the same time,im thinking about getting the heads cnc.the car will be going to tuner when done.I talked to comp and they recommened
212/218 558 558 115 hi lift xr265hr
or lpe GT2-3

I would contact a couple more reputable places and see what they come up with. Just to see the other options give pat g a message on here and will spec out a cam suited just for you.

check out the XER273HR...It's a little more aggressive than the one Comp suggested, but still has good driving manners and you can run the stock stall converter. I've got one on the way for my Vette, after researching it for quite a while.
