Default Cam ?

Does anyone know if a 243/251 @ .050,.625/.625 on a 114 will fit in a stock LQ4 with L92 heads?

thats quite a large cam for 6.0 liters and L92 heads, L92 heads respond well to more mild cams.

you'll need to flycut the pistons for PtoV, but otherwise an LQ4 doesnt have enough compression for that cam to run right, unless you take a BIG cut out of those heads

I agree. I'd say subtract about 7-9º of duration to get some more power under the curve

If it's a 420 than that cam would probably do fine IMO.

You are going to need big *** gears and stall for it in a stock cubed lq4. The lq4 is only 9.4:1 compression stock so if you do use it, it will be a dog of a motor.

I was spec'd around that same size cam for my 416 stroker from EPS.
