ls3 heads
I have a 6.0 engine I am gettin ready to put in my truck i have dish top lq4 pistons in it right now i was thinkin about puttin ls2 pistons in it. Will I have to fly cut the pistons ? if so how hard is this ?

Yes, Geoff is the man on getting you a cam to make good power from what you have. My cam is spec'd from him also.

Anytime you keep the valve open for a long period of time you have more PTV issues...Def more so than total lift...
with that being said I also understand that the cam as a whole has more variables than duration alone...although I never said that mine has more duration so mine is bigger...

with LS2 flat tops, i had to definitely flycut on a 24x/24x, .620 &110 LSA...
That's with stock head gasket and unmilled LS3 heads. I also tried the stock dish piston and that hit also, but not to the same degree, of course.
Fly cutting isn't a huge deal, but it does take some time to do it properly. You can probably get a cam spec'd that DOESN't require flycutting and achieve the same (or close) HP/Tq. on a street car/truck.
