Default ls2 low oil pressure

well short story I was running the car about 2 months ago and the oil pressure light came on (bone stock engine with a procharger) pulled the engine and found that the check valve on the stock pump was stuck open so while its was apart a forged it.
well I fired it on sat last week with 10 40 oil and noticed the pressure was only 53psi cold.....
heres what I posted on another form......
its back together forged rods, pistons and a new cam, stock crank, with a new millings standered pump, I fired her about a hour ago and was checking things over and was watching the lap top and seen that the engine was holding 52-53psi (cold) (10w40) took the car for a drive to get a heat cycle in the engine and noticed the warmer it got the lower the oil pressure got at idle (190 engine temp) it was running around 22-24psi. going hwy speeds 2100 rpm it was holding right around 42-45.
I did hit 4800rpm at one time and I seen it was just in the 50s....
now for the engine bearing specs..
mains are 2.4-2.6 and all the rods at 1.9-2.1, I know with aluminum block it will expand so the clearance will open up.
Before you guys say the o ring... the oil pump was install on a engine stand with the o ring on the tube and was very well coated with Vaseline and it went right in no problems.
what do you guys think oil pressure should be at any given rpm ???
is this to low for this engine with my blower.
WELL tonight I took the car out for some runs and did 5 pulls and noticed the oil pressure was really low at 6800rpms 38psi as the data logger shows, pulled over and let the car idle down and it got as low as 5psi, so shes coming back out. help me out
thanks for looking guys!!!

The mains are a little large. I like to stay closer to .002 on the mains and .025 on the rods. I do not know how hot your oil is getting but that has a large effect on pressure. My corvette at track days used to get the oil to 300 degrees and that lowers the pressure 10-15 lbs also.
