Default Stroker build head advice

Ok im lookinh at two combos, wither a ls3 based 416 or a dry sleeved 434ci from erl. Im trying to do this without breaking the bank so im considering reusing my current stock ls3 heads with good springs swapped onto them. I realize im giving up some power doing this but honestly im not wanting to see over 500 at the wheels really anyway, id like the trans to live for at least long enough to save to build it more, at which time new heads arent that hard of a swap lol. I guess im wandering how bad will stock ls3/l92 heads kill this engine? its going in a G8 GT with a 3200 stall so it will be running a healthy cam, long tubes, cai, and a custom tune. More than one shop now has told me 600-625hp out of a 416 on stock heads isnt a big issue, but im not sure.

It seems the stock ls3/l92 style heads do ok even stock. You could just do a little cleanup work on them and a good valvejob and call it good. Should run well. Not sure a dry sleeve 434 can be considered budgit though

hence why i gotta save on heads lol. Honestly im trying to look at it like this A) it might and just might save the trans until budget allows a build on it and B) its fairly easy to swap heads later return a bit and satisfy that next inevitable itch for more power.
