lq4 pistons and rods.

I have a 05 lq4 that im going to use stage3 l92 heads from west coast clyinder heads and ls3 intake, also going to use a d1-sc procharger. Would i be ok with the stock pistons and rods with mild boost?

Also if anybody is close to this setup what hp#'s are you getting?
I need some ideas for a cam for this kind of setup.

I do plan on using ARP bolts on the bottom to help. Also I'm going to use a 4l80e so I know I will lose a bit more hp's
