Yeah I got the trans in but I won't be able to drive it unfortunately...I don't have enough time to get a driveshaft built.. Plus I seem to have a major oil leak near the starter bolt or it's the rear main gasket/seal...at least I got to crank it and I know it runs...

I pulled the engine/trans and replaced the rear main seal/gasket and it fixed the issue with oil pouring out and random oil pressure readings....I've still got a few bugs to work out but that goes with type of engine swap...Otherwise she's driveable and sounds pretty close to what I wanted it to....Oh and it's SCARY to drive!!! Tons of power I think I'll be able to pull the front tires with some suspension adjustments along with some DRs....With the little 235/55/R16s it has now it breaks traction if you stomp it even at 65mph!!!!

Me too...haha...So far so good with the trans...The only issue I've had was it shifting weird...BUT that is because of a tune error with the ECM/TCM...The speedo reads wrong ( reads 100mph starting at actual speed of only 20mph)which in turn made it shift weird and the odometer be off...That's getting fixed as we speak though...I ended up painting it gloss black and using -6AN hose/fittings on it with a large DeRale cooler with fan setup...Thanks for your support and it's been nothing but a pleasure doing business with you so far....

Here is a tip for you hp hunters messing with ls motors, the rear engine block cover bolts protrude into the block in close proximity to the rear pistons and rear main crank support, a very high oil splash area, if you fail to use thread sealer, you will have a small leak, will look as though it could be the rear main... Here is another, if you wonder around the back of the block and take off the rear cam cover plate, wish covers the two lifter valley oil galleries do not relight only on that cover seal, it is inadequate, it leaks in to the motor so you can't see it but it will cost you some all to important oil pressure at high rpms when you need it the must, OK i got one more, i found a car with one of my blueprint high volume high pressure mellings oil pump which exhibited lower than usual oil pressure, i offered to look in to it, to find out why... after removing the timing chain cover, i discovered one of the two spacers wish projects the oil pump away from the block, was installed up side down, effectively coveting half of the oil passage from the pump to the block, after aligning the oil passage correctly, netted us an extra twenty pounds of pressure...anther happy racer...

Not tuned yet...and I'd imagine/hoping for 450hp to the wheels maybe more...
Went to the strip yesterday my first time ever racing anything....Did a best of:
.5807 reaction
1.9057 60ft
8.3249 1/8 ET
@83.88 MPH
The crappy street tires I have one there now (235/55/16s) spun almost the whole track...haha...But hey I had fun and got a lot of compliments on the truck...Time for those new wheels and DRs!!!! those 60ft times will come down A LOT and the MPH will easily go up with the DRs...
And thanks to Rene's Rage for the trans...Now that the ECM/TCM are fixed it shifts great!!!!

Stock shift points... 2.2L Flex fuel pump w/ hot-wire kit, vette filter/regulator and -6AN ran all the way...The s10 is actually pretty heavy being a ext cab etc it tips the scales at about 4400lbs....I would've liked to have gotten some 1 3/4 inside the frame headers but BRP wasn't making them at the time... I don't think they are that restrictive though
