My question is,
I have a 6.2 engine being rebuilt and I have a stock 2010 camaro camshaft, can I use this single bolt cam and STD LS1 lifters with the front cam sensor timing cover to basically convert this to a LS1???
Or do you know an easier way?

I pretty much did what you're asking with a 5.3. It's got a single bolt camshaft from a LS3 SS and LS7 lifters. LS1 lifters will work too. I have the front cam sensor cover as well.
You shouldn't have any problems if everything else matches what you just listed.
You will need a Lingenfelter conversion box though if you are going to run a LS1 PCM.
