93 pump to E85, what is there to be gained?

93 pump to E85, what is there to be gained? I need to order some heads soon to get my build rolling along but don't know what to do. Run the car on pump gas between 11.7 to 12.0 to 1 on pump gas or squeeze it to 13-1 and run e85?
How much hp gain is there to be had with e85?
Right now the plan is 416 ls3, TFS 245s, with a fast102 by tony mamo. Possibly a 257/266 on 112 lsa for a cam, still undecided. I would like to the car to make 525 n/a or more through a dana 60 and a4.
