Any issue enlarging LS3 head bolt holes to 1/2"

Any issue enlarging LS3 head bolt holes to 1/2" I have a chance to buy a 443 with 1/2" head studs, and I assume its fine to enlarge the bolt holes on LS3 heads to 1/2". Any issues?

If done properly by a good machine shop, you can definitely run 1/2" in that block without problems!

With the studs we use, the GM gaskets will NOT work at all. The standard old Cometic gaskets CAN be installed over the stud, but it's very tight. So we have Cometic make them for us with a bit larger holes.
