We didn't make the dyno yesterday. The dyno shop is moving to a bigger building this week and they are packing up.
Any numbers yet?

No #'s yet. I had a pilot bushing issue that was not allowing my clutch to disengage.

Wasted trip last Saturday on the dyno, as the clutch would not disengage. Strapped it down and nothing (worked the night before). Replaced the bushing with a high load bearing last week, and works beautifully now.

I'll try and get to the dyno in a couple of weeks.

I spent this last weekend fitting up the body.

I may have said it before, but that is one sweet build. Awesome work and detail.
Being that light with that engine it will be nuts to drive.

Thanks everyone. I apologize I haven't posted in a while. I've been working crazy hours and haven't made it to the dyno. Couple that with the fact that my tuner has been MIA for weeks, so I haven't even been able to schedule time to do any WOT runs...

I'll be taking some time off of work to get it through the next phases soon.

Some updates:

I decided to embark on a 6 stage dry sump setup while maintaining AC. So far so good, but it's a lot of work. The AC pump mount and engine adapter plate needed editing. We're working on the oil pump mount now.

Here is how much the piston skirt sticks out with a 4.250 stroke and 5.800 darton sleeves. You can see the clearancing needed for the rod bolts with a large stroke too.

Going back together:

Roberto,
If you don't mind answering here, what do you do for a living that let you develop some killer skills? Amazing build.

Thanks for nice words.

I'm an officer of a software company. I like to continually challenge myself and learn new skills. It cost me much more to buy the equipment, materials, and material waste from trial and error to build my headers/exhaust than if I would have just given it to a fab shop though.

Sometimes I question my decisions.

Speaking of questionable decisions, the dry sump setup is shaping up:

6 stage dry sump w/full heat and AC...
