22 to 25 psi b/c WG failed to open.
I have ARP headbolts.
Smoke coming out of breather is white.
What do you guys think?

Looks like you got a little water in there..
All you may have to do is just pull the heads and put new gaskets. May not have been enough water to lock the block or cause any valve damage.

Just reading that thread name i knew what it was man i had the same issue with my 408 and it lasted me from january until may 17th then had a miss when i was driving and made sort of a spitting sound when i was in it hard... My guess was the tune had to much timing, the catch can wasn't set-up properly nor filtering the crank case gas like it was suppose to or the ring gap was wrong... Did you ever figure out what was the cause? I was told from RevXtreme that the can design was incorrect and that could have played a big roll in why it did what it did...??? I'm still not even sure, but i wish i knew...

Motor back up and running. Replaced piston and rings for number 7
Cylinder wall was smooth, had it honed to seat the new rings.
