ls2 600 rwhp
I don't mean stock bottom end I mean with better pistons, rods, heads and crank.
what do you guys think? If no then realistally how close can I get to this goal?

Now hitting 600rwhp while N/A with a stock cubed built LS2 would be a pretty good challenge. I know that low-middle 500's have been done while N/A but I don't know about 600rwhp. I am sure someone has, but it probably was neither a cheap build nor considered "streetable".

The Best V8 Stories One Small Block at Time
Even 525 RWHP with stock cubes is tough and it will not take that big shot anyway because of what I mentioned above.
.
Use an LS1 block, they are the strongest blocks of all the aluminum LSx family of blocks.

Oops, yes.....just so used to typing 347ci when thinking a stock cubed engine.
500 shot........thats a serious purpose built engine man. Probably not gonna last too long, meaning regular rebuilds periodically.
Why are you stuck on stock cubes?
Its easy to make power with big shots, but why not build a larger cube engine so its not such a full race build with stock cubes, and have a nice long lasting engine to spray.
My friend had a 422ci iron engine built by a local shop here, it made 535 RWHP N/A on pump gas, and 880 RWHP on a 300 shot with a stand alone tank with race gas in it that sprayed his DP system. The engine is still fine after 6 years in his daily driver.
.
Or you can settle for 450-475 n/a and do a slightly bigger shot.
