I agree, its funny. Its just that people want to "feel" that they are special.

Just like they want to put in their sig that they have a "custom" cams and "ported" intakes.

I don't really mind giving out any spects on my motor. But someone else payed for the developed of this cam. it's not my place to put it out.

I understand that but even if you posted 239/251 607/630 a person still couldn't duplicate that cam or anything because they do not know the ramp rate or a few other need to know details.

If I got custom cam and the person who spec'd it asked me to not give out the spec's I would respect their wishes and not give them out.

A couple cams I've run have either been given to me by cam people interested in the development of the L92 heads or the labor to do R&D on the engine dyno has been eaten by the builder. Out of respect for their efforts, I have not shared cam specs if asked not to. It's is a matter of repect and appreciation. I have given out a number of cam specs when I wasn't asked not to. I have shared and posted just about eveyr other spec on my builds.

I tested 7 different cams to refine one that would work well with my combo. I spent alot of money and dyno time, not to mention hard labor coming up with the right cam profile. I might have just stumbled on this one but i know for a fact it is a sweet cam! I read 1FastXZ combo and setup and noticed he was using very similar parts and cubic inches. To be honest i just wanted to help the guy out and prove once again what a good cam this was. I never charged him one dime for anything and i think he was happy with the results!?? Can't speak for him though.....

I am very happy with this cam. This cam has work very well in my car thats a DD. I was worried about changing to the LS7 heads and losing some bottom end(3800+lb car). Plus having not to give away any driving manners.
Iv seen very good improvements with this new combo.
Being that i'm still running my stock gears (3.46) and having more torque then my last 2 set ups.

I don't look at dyno numbers as all proving. I like to see how a car performs on a track to be a real test of power.

So going from a 10.82 to a 10.53 and from running 126.14 to 129.58 so far with this combo. I have to say im very happy with this cam in my set up

also as far as bottom end.. ill be trying out some 28 inch tires on the car soon, sense the 26 tires iv been running and have cut a 1.46 60 foot on, will not hold the car if i try to leave hard....
I know most on this

Oh and by the way, if you ever searched any of my posts i have done nothing but try to help out a fellow car guy any time i can. I did alot of pioneering of an LS7 into an F-Body conversion way back to 2006 when the LS7 first came out. Most of the stuff wasn't available to just order up so i had to improvise.

Yea it wa unlocked on a mustang dyno, and it wouldn't ready under 5500 due to the stall blowing throw. Ive been needed to send this stall back to be redone for my new motor. The stall was set up for my all 404ls2
This motor has been giving it hell and blowing throw it

Why are all these BIG cubes putting out as much as a small 4xx/C.I. setup!? When I think of 45X/C.I., I automatically think 600hp/700hp.

I have a LS6 with Darton MID Wet Sleeves; it's currently punched for a 4.165 slug, but I'm gonna see if I can push it to a .180 or 1.85... With my 4.125 crank and 6.125 rods, I'm yielding 450 cubic inches. My top end right now is setup for a LS3 head with Vic Jr intake and 1350cfm 4150TB.

I'm going mad debating with my budget on getting the Brodix BR7 heads and running them with factory CNC (till I can afford Rich's work on them) for $1500 or just staying LS3, since I have the intake and TB, and running them as cast till -again- I can afford letting Rich work them over. If I could sell my damn Vic and TB it would be a no brainer, but I'm dealing with the #'s in my budget right now.

Since I'm stuffing this into a convertible and will need the extra HP & TQ due to the added weight, if I can get 650-/+ to the wheels -- thought the 6 speed, I'd be nice and happy!

Keep us updated with the #'s Bro!!!
