Don't blame them for not knowing what you were doing.

If you had a manual it has the barbell and it's importance.

If the engine came with the oil pan and pump and covers on it then yes it is their fault.

I'm not putting them 100% to blame. I just know that the block was shipped with the plug and not returned with it. I never even heard about the plug before I had this issue. My last engine builder made sure to install it as its not something people usually know about. To be honest, I just want the car to run. I don't want to blame anyone or fight or talk ****. If you notice I haven't said anything bad about the quality of the engine. Its top notch and Seth has been great to deal with thus far. Part of my problem is that I am EXTREMELY stressed out over this and the fact that I just found out im having a kid(finished the car the same day I found out..thank God haha)...so I might not be handling this as easily as I normally would.
