At 2700 lbs you might need less gear with 700 or so fwhp, especially with N2O - should be a wild ride.
Do you own this block yet? For a boosted or N2O application a dry sleeved Ls3 block would be stronger and might even cost less.

Please research the problem associated with it's thin sleeves cracking under pressure, the best, fastest and list expensive thing to do, is to have it re sleeved using, good and strong after market pieces, before you do anything, if not after you do all the work, then you'll have to redo it all again, will take the fun of it. It has happened to too many already... You then have the option to go with the 4.185 bores and end up with a 441 Ci monster. As for the cam, don't even think about it, for just $25. have one that will be the perfect one, grind for you from the get-go. Camhelp@guerragroup.com...

Here is what I have come up with in a Hyd. Roller form:
254/266 .680/.680 110+2
RPM Band= 4000-7000 cam will come on strong around 4k and pull solid to 7k.
Large tube headers would be in order as well.
