Hmm found out.. a while ago when rpm (in nc) installed my ticks, and z06 clutch.. They never installed a new pilot bearing.... I'm curious if a faulty pilot bearing would caused this.. My fault for not replacing it after the first slave I fried...

So I been dealing with napa past week.. First bearing I ordered was damaged.. wait another few days to get another... Well this new pilot bearing is to small and they're telling me I have an aftermarket crankshaft because The pilot bearing they ordered was oem spec... well here it is.. one on top is napa "know how" oem pilot bearing for a 06 ls2 c6... mine on bottom.

Hmm. Still cant see doing all the work to do another clutch and halfass it again with a used clutch regardless the condition. Will it be worth the few bucks you saved now when your doing it again later

I was already digging in my saving's ... when I paid for this clutch. The guy I bought it from was a well known vendor on cf and wouldn't steer no-one wrong.. I didn't want to pay more then 500$ at the time anyhow.all because I get stupid with $ when I go home... now that I had this car down here and fried another slave... I wish I stayed with the ls7 and would of bought a brand new one.. Can't change the past and it is what it is..

hahahha Awesome... I wish I would of watched this before I went out... Car should be done this Sat latest... but I won't have the tires in until Tuesday-wednesday so we'll have to do a roll.. Shouldn't be that hard to beat a ragity *** maroon c6 vette only putting down 470rwhp n/a. So does the c5 need spray?

The only hate is coming from rwhp.us guys... A local forum.. There was a lot of them talking mad ****.. like in this video.. well I call them out.. run your car not your mouth.. That thread made a 47 page's of bs talking until I got banned from the site.. I can't wait to run this guy's 99 frc.. Strange though.. the guy that talks mad **** don't have a car to race yet.. Claims his ls2 cam only z28 will walk me??

I'm getting it re-dyno sat if my vararam comes in.. should make a little more now with a 22lb lighter clutch set up (monster stage 3 with race flywheel 36lb vs stock z06 56lb), a vararam instead of that k&n air filter, DE-screened maf, 160 stat, and about 12-14 lighter rim/tire... I'm sure I'll pick a little over 10hp with these little mods even with gears..

Thanks, i would of got a big loopy cam but I really like street manners of this one.. I would say I got most my power from the ptm l76 intake,tb and with the ls3 cast heads milled..470 is respectable for a ls3 heads ls2 block..I'm about to pull the trigger on a set of m/t et 305/45/18 but I'm trying to figure out how much it'll affect my gearing since I have 3.90 gears.. I could skip out on that and buy a nib 2 stage nitrous plate kit.. I only have 1,200$ car funds left for the next few months

I'm curious what POS doesn't have enough decency to keep bull **** out of peoples threads... Judging by the video I saw, they don't have very good school systems in the area to attend or the parents were on par with them and didn't make them attend.
