Sat and sunday both rained so I haven't got to it yet.. I did put the car on jack and figured out how I'm doing it.. I have to take the radiator out again and move the power steering cooler.. I'm sure glad I don't have to remove that power steering bracket again! While I'm at it I figure I'll swap out the shocks as well.. Here's a quick video of the borla system and then I took it off and just put the 3in down pipes back on...


With the borla system... just started it cold.

sweet limiter.. so what heads you going with? cam specs and any head work? If you do any head work highly suggest just clean up the intake casting and port the exhuast side a bit

Stock ls3 heads no port work or mill, and the cam is 222/234 581/579 112+4

Holy crap you got it done fast... I'm sure you will be well pleased with the ls3 set up. Your car is going to be 100% done soon... and mine still need a little more work...

sweet I would like to hear some numbers.. SOP is wear it's at though. What intake did you go with.. any porting? I was putting on my suspension and I managed to snap a bolt in half...

It made 447/410, id say with a cai and a 160 degree t stat it will make 455-460. This is also with unmilled heads.

Finished installing the shocks... got the car prept to take the radiator out... I was looking at the clutch line and rpm didn't even wrap it with protective heat wrap. The clutch line is about 1 inch from the header collector point. Explains why after a nice solid run I lost my clutch pressure.. So I went to auto zone and bough some of the heat protector tubing and fixed there issue... I can't belive I paid them 550$ for such a crap job... the front 02 sensors are loose... so I tighten them... And I noticed another issue.. The passanger axle boot is leaking.. I paid them 175$ for them to replace it.. I notcied it when I got the car back from there but I thought it was just from them changing it.. here 2 weeks later and looks like fresh leaking... I will be calling them tommorow about this..

What intake did you go with? is it ported and is your Tb ported? und pulley? 160 stat is the cheapest mod you can get and it has great effects I'm surprised you didn't install that while the car was torn apart. How do you like the car so far and what tuning software was used to tune her

No ported tb, stock ls3 intake unported, and stock ud pullie. I don't know why I didn't do the stat.
