LOL. Yeah it was a huge relief once it started and got 60 psi of oil pressure in 3 seconds. Been 2 years in the making. I should be able to make it up to the track first week in October for results

Been awhile since I posted but shortly after the last post the motor had a loud knock noise. The car sat for a year until I finally dug into it. Ended up finding chunks of piston from when the old motor blew up in cylinder 3. They were hitting the cylinder head causing the noise. The motor was pulled and completely gone through. The piston and head were re useable. Not sure where the **** came from as everything was new except the exhaust.
Ended up getting AR 1 7/8 headers to replace the pacesetters. Got the car back together this past spring and so far have put a few hundred miles on it. No dyno or track #s yet.

Thanks for the kind words.
Yes the set up is pretty much exactly what is in the first post. Forged 6.2 shortblock, fti valvetrain, 5.3 prc heads re worked by fti, fti ported old school fast 92mm, american racing 1 7/8 headers. I was able to add in a racetronix pump and hot wire kit and upgraded to detchwerks 42 pound injectors. This took way to long to finish up, but I am extremely happy with how it did for using antiquated parts. I am excited to get back to racing this thing and hopefully will have some time slips to post up soon.
