Default Flywheel for TSP408

I am putting a 408 in my 02 camaro and want to change out the stock flywheel. Its an auto and will be used as a daily drive with a little track time. What should I go with? Aluminum or steel? Brand?
Thanks

You don't have a flywheel, you have a flex plate. Is there a particular reason the Stock flexplate will not work?

Thanks for educating me. Was told with the high horspower engine it would be best to upgrade from the stock one.

Unless your going to the track on a regular basis, I wouldn't worry about an sfi flexplate.

I had TSP build my 408 and I went with a spec SFI approved one. Lighter so less rotating mass and will pass tech, not that they really check that. But its added piece of mind. May as well while your in there if you have the money to do it.

If you're wanting an aftermarket SFI flexplate, we like the TCI piece!
