99 Z28 Mass Air Flow Sensor Question Hey Guys,
Just a quick question for anyone who actually owns or has owned an LS1. Please don't comment if you think you know. Only comment if you are sure you know from personal experience. I have a Granelli Motorsports Mass Air Flow sensor that I'm about to install on my 99 Z28 which is stock. Will this cause a check engine light resulting in me having to perform a computer tune? Or am I able to just make the swap with no real issues?

1st I know for sure your in the wrong section. Try the gen 3 external section.
2nd I also know that that MAF sensor is garbage and if you want to upgrade get a stock ac delco 85mm mafs. Just my .2

That maf is no better than the slp maf. A .35 cent resistor soldered into the maf wise and they charge you double what the original maf is worth.
These maf's are on the same playing field as the hand held tunes.
