Default Suggestions/Thoughts on my first build

I Will be picking up my 408 shortblock this weekend. Its a 6.0 iron block, lunati crank, eagle rods, and wiseco -3cc pistons. Just got my cam specs from Pat G today. Its a 235/242 .639/.615 112+3 LSA so i'll be ordering that tomorrow along with the CNC'd LS3 heads milled to 68cc from TSP. Then my intake will be a Ported LS3 of a FAST setup. Compression should be around 11.3:1.

Any thoughts on the build or suggestions? Any suggestions would be great or thoughts on how the motor will perform!

If you are looking at LS3 heads I would recommend you think about our new aftermarket casting 260 LS3 heads. They will work great on a stroker like that and I would expect them to do pretty well compared to even our ported stock casting LS3s. These 260s just went a little over 375cfm @650 lift on our flow bench! We are currently working on assembling our engine dyno to hopefully get some test results from them.

Yes sir, we just came out with a 255 and a 260 aftermarket LS3 in the last couple weeks. I know you just got some of the 250's for the 408 you built. We are always trying to churn out new products for you guys. Too bad this is a couple months late because I think they would do well on a motor like yours.
