Your cam will have .347 of lobe lift. With standard 1.7 ratio rockers you net .588 inches of lift. With 1.85 inch rockers your lift at the valve will be .641. That being said, lift has almost nothing to do with piston to valve interference since max lift occurs when the piston is near bottom dead center.
