Sudgestions on cam swap?

Sudgestions on cam swap? Ok I have an 09 hummer h3 alpha, with a 5.3, and 799heads, what cam would work best? I found a megadeath cam( 244/242, 610/612) , I also found a cam from mast performance (I don't know the specs) . Does anyone have any recommendations?

What are your goals for this truck and how do you plan on using it? Are you willing to do change other items like torque converter for a bigger cam?
You need a cam that has good low-end power for your hummer h3. Take a look at the CompCams #54-455-11 (Int. 215 Ext. 223 Int., Lift .604 Exh. .610 LSA 112° ), or the Speed Inc. SI-Torque Cam (214/220 .559/.564 111.5 LSA). I'd also look at the Lunati Voodoo #20540713 (217/223 113+4., lift .549"/.549").

Also, duration and LSA determine the sound of the camshaft where as lift doesn't play into sound, only performance. Overlap which is determined by duration and LSA is what gives a car it's lope at idle.
