This is what I would like to know, they basically list two cnc versions both with 64cc chambers one 2.02 and one 2.16 intakes.

Maybe these guys that have the different valve options could be so kind as to measure their chambers.

The heads tested by hotrod were 64cc chambers with a 2.055 intake valve. The 2.02 valve versions flow bout 30cfm less at 280-290. The 2.055 versions flow 320ish according to hotrod magazines flow bench. So it is a pretty good difference in power if you end up with the wrong set of heads.

You are correct. We had hell locating the proper head. Procomp said its not even listed on their site. The part number they gave us didnt even cone up in google. I will get the part number they gave us for you guys. We plan to flow the heads right out the box as well.

Yes the ones on Feebay are listed as 2.02, which is ok with me as I am wanting them for a 5.3 with 70s. I'll bring the flow numbers up. Lol

I not sure that the listings on the Procomp site are correct, they list some with 2.16 inakes. I think those are a number carried over from the Ls3 versions.

Could someone measure the combustion chamber size, the bore size edge to edge?

Okay excuse the excess pictures but I felt you guys may want to see as many pics as possible. I also measured the chamber at 4 1/16'' give or take a small +/-

I am having the heads flowed and should have some flow numbers by tomorrow. We will see how close to their advertised numbers these heads are. The combustion chambers are going to be CC'd as well as these look a tad larger than 64cc to a few of us.

This is the part number we got for the exact set of cylinder heads tested by Hot Rod magazine

Overall the heads looked pretty good and my machinist said the same thing. They do look like they came fresh off the cnc machine and went into a box to ship. I would spend a few minutes on them deburring any excess and I would spray em down with degreaser and blow them out for any excess metal. Other than that so far I am happy. Lets see how the bench treats them tomorrow. I will post up the flow numbers.

I went with the 2.055 valve option.

What type of setup are you doing? I am putting these on an LS1.

I would like to use them on a 5.3, maybe the 2.02 versions are smaller. I may give them a call tomorrow and see.

ahh okay The 2.02 versions still flow right around 290cfm according to their site. I am hoping these heads flow similar to HotRod Magazines numbers....

Are you sure on the chamber width? Kinda hard to read from the picture. At that dimension, the 3.908" bore I'm building seems to be to small. Did you lay your head gasket on the deck for a check?
