Cool Need help in getting the right Alternator

So I have a 2002 Pontiac Firebird V6 3.8L and having alot of voltage drop. All what I have read here on LS1Tech is that I need another alternator. Right now I have a "stock" with 105 volt and everybody here on post said need bigger around 145 volt. I need yall help in picking the right one that will be right for my car. There was a post said that 1999-2003 Truck alt will work and had some pictures with it but the way "his/her" car was set up, the alt was in the under the car with my car its on top front next to the battery. Please post with your answers, I really appreciate your fedback. Thank you

"Tainted" I have looked everywhere Autozone, O'Reilly's, Amazon, Ebay, and I have no luck on finding the one everybody is talking about. The Autozone parts # DLG1646-16-11 and DL1646-16-11 the only one is coming up on my car and both are 105 amps. By any chance you have that part # from Autozone that I aint seeing it?

I have no idea for a part number.

Try using 2004 corvette or 2005 GTO and see what alternators pop up. Im not sure if theres anything physically different between the alternators other than their corresponding mounting brackets and positions.

I have the Dr44 but my truck is an 07. i think it is rated at 145 amps.
not sure if the older trucks run the same amperage. I think the older ones had less.
they are pretty easy to find on ebay if it fits your setup
