Oil Leak possibly rear main seal?

Shortly after replacing my clutch I noticed my car began to leak oil from in between the motor and bellhousing. Then about a month later in the higher rpms my clutch was slipping. Just took the clutch and saw oil everywhere. I took a picture, should I replace the rear main seal?

Looks like the welsh plug in the crankshaft to me too. Did you change the pilot bearing? If so, you dislodged the plug or it just may have started leaking.

It's hard to get out. Drill a small hole (grease on drill bit to catch metal shavings) in the lower part of the plug. Make the hole just large enough to thread in a long self-tapping sheet-metal screw. Get a grip on the screw and pull out the plug. Clean the hole very well (no oil), put a bead of RTV silicone around the new plug and drive it squarely into the hole. Do not drive it in too far. Finally got some time to pull the pilot bearing and I dont see any plug back there, so I think I may have pushed it back to far. Would it have fallen into the oil pan? If so how do I go about getting it out now?
