Default 416 and cam question

In the next couple of months i plan on buying a 416 short block to go in my 08 vette auto. Right now i have all of the boltons a TSP 225/230 cam with the PRC aftermarket 250cc castings. The car makes 484rwhp 446rwtq through the auto. I am probably going with the ERL short block, and plan on using the same heads i have now.
The 225/230 cam is a perfect driver cam the car idles and drives great. Even though i plan to reuse the PRC 250cc heads i would like to go a little bigger on the cam to match it to the cubes. What would be a good cam for a 416 that would be like the one i have now in the LS3. I would like to see around 520-530 rwhp with a good driving cam is this possible? Car is full bolton, ported fast, and will most likely converted to E85

For every 50ci increase you can increase duration 8-10 degrees and have the same driving characteristics of your current cam.

I got the LsR 243/259 .624/.624 114+3.
And I wish I had gone bigger. It drives great and I love it.
It made 510?/500tq thru an M6/9"/4.11 and spooled on a mustang dyno.

I'm in the same boat, 416" going together soon. I already have a cam (free), it's 233°/245° & 0.600"/0.609" on a 109.5° LSA. The car is light with a Jerico 4 speed, 3.08 1st gear, Spec clutch and Fidenza aluminum 'wheel. How do you think this will drive with a 3.20 final gear? No OD, shows 2700 @ 70 MPH with a 28" tire...
