Summit has some. The rings I got with my JE pistons are file fit.

Hmmm I dont remember off the top of my head but I want to say 1.5

All I know was the seconds rings were a whole lot harder to file, my fingers were sore for days lol.

You sure you got the rings right? Usually the second ring you can file with very little effort and your engine will be short lived if you did mix them up.

Maybe it was the top ring that was the tough one. I know they are on there right, just cant remember which one was so much harder.

Well you've got something mixed up, which one was harder to do, or which one went where. Hopefully the former!

Laugh I had to go out there and look at the rings (i got a few spares since this was my first time doing rings) and it was the top ring that was so much harder. But yea, my fingers hurt for days filing those bitches LOL

The 2.5mm oil ring is probably going to require a custom set since 3mm is the normal, But diamond has a 4.070" set that is 1.5, 1.5, 3mm P/N 090644070. The std Hasting set P/N 2M5292 for 4.065 bore won't be file fit , but has a 2.5mm oil ring. Give Total Seal or Diamond a call and they can put a set together for you.
That 2.5 mm oil ring is going to be very low tension ( probably 8#), so depending on what you are doing I would see if they can get you 4.070 rails to file fit the oil rails and a 4.080 expander. That should put you at least to 10 - 11# tension and do better at keeping the cylinder clean unless you are building some kind of max effort NA engine with a vacuum pump/ dry sump.
