Hey guys I been talkimg to a good guy thats sellimg a ls3 418 with good parts but not sure if hes still goimg sell it to me or not. Hes not communicating back with me. So if anyone knows anbody sellimgasellimg a motor of one of these sorts. Inbox me or shoot me a text. 479 831 five zero 3 seven. Thanks oh amd another thing.. im trying get one by a week or two so I can get it switched in my 2000 ws6. So will need a 24x reluctor. Thanks

Trying also figure out which is better motor also for my fbody.. big cam.. na.. 150-200shot

for n/a, ls7 is better , but ls3 418 is cheaper and not a bad choice at all

Ok whys everyone picking ls3?.. ls7 bigger bore... more power.. I do know cylinder walls r thinner. But isnt the ls7 suppossed be a bad ***

It is but if you spray it and crack a sleeve you'll wish you would of went 418 LS3

If your staying NA then I like the ls7 engine, whats your budget... that will be the deciding factor on which route you go....

Around 8-9k... just want get main parts.. can wait to get other upgrades.. just wanna get motor swapped and racing.. want to start winning.. and prolly stay na.. but I want to spray 250..regardless..

Well I don't have much experience with spraying an ls7 so I don't know how well they hold up to it.. what kind of racing do you do?

what kind of nitrous kit are you running?

For costs reasons I'd go with 418ci LS3. Thats what I plan to do later too. Youre not giving up much with 9ci less. Lots of heads n cam combos out there to make killer power na with a LS3 based 418ci or even a 427 LS3 tho you may see a bit more piston wear with the longer stroke.

Burken... a nx system with a wot switch. And yeah im staying away from 426/427 ls3 bc piston come out of block to far. Motor wnt last long
