Remote oil filter cause of oil pressure drop?
Last year I had an oil pan on the car where the filter screwed right to the pan. This year I switched pans and the new pan has a remote oil filter setup with 2ft of 10an line running to filter and 2ft of 10an line running back to engine. Last year at cold start up, I'd see 80psi cold and it would drop to 60.. Now when I start the car cold it only sees 58psi but when i tap the gas it shoots past 80.Could the lines be the possible cause?

Seems okay. I get 70 at start up instead of 80 like last year but its about 5psi higher fully warmed up than it was last year (maybe the extra 4qts help with cooling)
