LS7 rockers work fine with bronze guides, just understand it isn't going to last 300k. I'd have the guides checked after 50k miles if the heads dont come off before then

I was under the impression that stock rockers wnt last like 10k miles 9r less with bronxe guides. I wonder why people dnt use powder coated metal.. isnt a roller rocker better on the valve terrain anyways?? Im on the femce.. needing order. Or find some rockers soon..

You'll be fine with the upgraded stockers and bronze guides...

You gotta look in different parts of this site. Just yesterday PAC Racing said this:

Stock rockers are the way to go. If you want to put rollers in, get better lifters and a dual spring with 180+ on the seat and 450+ open regardless of lift. We did spintron testing, it was about 2K RPM difference before going out of control. The stock rocker is one of the best engineered parts GM has done.

Which All Pro heads? The retro heads are made for LS3 stands and LS7 rockers. Get the CHE bushed for sure.
.700" lift is pushing it for stock rockers though.

The all pro lsw1 retro fit. I have the stands. I juat thought was used to ls7 rockers. Im really nervous. Bc im getting told both to use or can't use stock rockers. Yea my cam lift is pretty big. I do want this motor to last.. also using short travel lifters. So do I need go ahead and get a roller set so can get the adj right as well? Im so confused on what to do. I hate to spend all this money on top notch stuff and rockers give me the hold up. want a good balanced rocker that I wnt have any problems with.

Just make sure it will work with your camshaft/cylinder geometry. Good luck.
