Default L92 Valve upgrade needed with LS9 Springs and small cam?

Guys,

Do I need to upgrade to some Manley 11620-8's and 11621-8's to safely run LS9 springs and a small cam with only 210/218 @ .050 and .500/.500 lift?

I won't be running the engine up over 5,000 very much, but there will be times when I stomp it and want it to go to 6,300 or 6,500......

I am trying to build a 425hp+ at the crank LY6 engine with some milled heads and an attempt at 10.25:1 compression also; This is going into a truck that I hope to get 150,000 + trouble free miles on....

I have been reading back and forth stories about L92 Valves breaking, LS3 valves breaking, etc....

I can't afford the titanium/inconel LS9 valves, nor do I want the guide problems that some has seen with these valveguides required to run Ti valves.....

Opinions?

And yes, I am going to degree the cam, use the phase limiter, etc., and check for PTV clearance.....

Ive been running stock L92 valves for 40k since 2007 with no problems with cams over .600" and spun up to 7k daily.

Nothing wrong with the valves but springs need to be picked for the cam.
That is a heavy valve more spring is needed than a ls3 valve

Sure, I understand the weight of the L92 solid valve is heavier than the LS3, but, my main concern is if the LS9 spring will control bounce or float with such a small cam because the LS9 spring was designed to control a much lighter Ti intake valve and Inconel exhaust valve.....

I can't find the installed Seat or open pressure of the stock L92 valvesprings or the LS9's.....

I don't mind buying expensive parts, I just don't want to buy a monster set of springs for such a mild cam and have the springs be wore out in 30,000 miles, thus, I was looking at OEM parts ...

ok, so, looking at springs for the long life of the engine.....

Best choices for a small cam with .499 lift and 210/218 @ .050 ?

PSI 1511ML?
PAC 1518?
PAC 1218?
Patriot gold?

Sorry, forgot to mention that it is a VVT grind cam, so I will be using the comp cams phase limiter kit and keeping VVT, so not running too much spring pressure is important to keep from over running the hydraulic VVT system

I just ordered the PAC 1218's, looks like they are a good, mild upgrade spring that won't overrun the VVT hydraulic system

I will just run stock valves most likely....
